As part ofourinternationalgrowth,weareseekingaBtoBSalesManagertoplaya pivotalrolein FDJUNITED’sexpansion byidentifyingandsecuringnew businessopportunities,leadingB2B tenders, andmanagingstrategicpartnerships toensureprofitable andsustainablemarketdevelopmentacrossregulatedmarkets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1) SalesStrategy&MarketDevelopment
DefineandimplementFDJ’sinternational salesstrategy.
Aligncommercial effortswithFDJ’sroadmap andstrategicpriorities.
Monitormarkettrends andcompetitoractivitiestoidentifyopportunities.
2)Prospecting& Relationship Building
Identifyandqualifynew international prospects.
Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithpotentialclients.
Animaterelationshipswithregulatorsand localpartnersforourproducts.
RepresentFDJ inexternalforums,conferences, andstrategicmeetings.
3) B2B Tender Management
Lead andcoordinatetenderprocessesfor new clients.
PrepareandsubmitcompetitiveoffersalignedwithFDJ’sobjectives.
Collaboratewithinternalteams(Legal, Finance, Product) toensurecompliance andquality.
4) CommercialDevelopment&Negotiation
CreateandmanageB2B/B2B2C commercial channels.
Negotiatecontractsand partnershipagreements.
EnsurealignmentbetweenclientneedsandFDJ’sproduct/serviceofferings.
Propose business conceptsderivedfromcustomermeetinginsights togenerateadditionalrevenue andenhanceprofitabilityin the B2B segment.
5)Profitability& Performance Monitoring
Ensureprofitabilityandscalabilityof expansion efforts.
TrackKPIs:tendersparticipated,successrate, revenuefromnewmarkets, newcontractssigned.
Provideregularreportingto management on business performance.
6)InternalCoordination & Strategic Support
WorkcrossfunctionallywithMarketing, Legal, Finance, and Productteams.
Supportstrategicplanningwithmarketintelligence and feedback.
MaintainCRMhygieneand documentationrelatedto prospects andopportunities.
7) Compliance & Risk Management
Ensurecompliancewithregulatoryframeworksintargetmarkets.
Anticipaterisksand propose mitigationstrategies.

- Provensuccessinend toendbidmanagement,complexcontractnegotiation, and solutionsellingacrossmultiple stakeholders.
- Strongrelationshipbuildingskillswithregulators, publicauthorities, andClevelcounterparts;excellent verbal andwrittencommunication in English (French and/oranotherEuropeanlanguageisa plus).
- Data drivenmindset;abilitytobuildbusiness cases,trackKPIs, andsteerprofitabilityatscale.
- Resilience,curiosity, and a passion forwinningincompetitiveenvironments.
